as far as lowering the back, you can go to a large auto parts store and get some cheap blocks and u-bolts to get the job done until you can order some high quality ones, you can go to an off-road shop for those. The cheap ones are going to be about 40 bucks for the kit with two blocks and 4 u bolts. they come in kits with 1,2, and 3 inch lift/drop.
