Rhode Island Community Living and Supports (RICLAS) is the State-operated service provider for individuals with developmental disabilities living in Rhode Island. In addition to day support, RICLAS provides 24-hour residential support to adult men and women in locations around the State. WebAll Village Support and Socialization groups provide an opportunity for all parents to get out and meet other foster and adoptive parents and to relax, and share freely in a non-judgmental zone. Experienced Village foster parents will be on-hand to provide support and answer questions.
