WebNov 15, 2024 · With the Threads of Fate being removed on November 15, new characters levelled through Chromie Time and Dracthyr Evokers would need to complete the entire Shadowlands campaign to unlock Covenants. However, Blizzard has changed that in this week's PTR update.
