WebOct 23, 2024 · I’m thinking of rolling a Blood Elf Paladin for a playthrough in Exile’s reach and was wondering if he can still get the quest that gives the Blood Knight tabard for … Webyeah i know, but p7s you can absolutely get over 99%. most fights you get over 99.7%. the difference between 99% and 97% is 10-16 seconds. the person i replied to is suggesting that 97% uptime (10-16 seconds of doing nothing) is normal for non-caster. that much downtime is really really bad and definitely not normal.
