WebJun 24, 2024 · The bug was behind the surface glass but in front of the actual display, thus I couldn't get to it or blow it out as the display appears to be sealed. Luckily (or unluckily?) the bug didn't die on the visible part of the display and walked off towards the camera at the top. It is no longer visible. WebA thunder bug once got under my screen and I wasn’t sure what it was so I tried picking it off, turns out it was under the glass and I squashed it there permanently. I wanted to take the panel off myself to clean it but I wasn’t sure I could reapply the adhesive and it would ruin my warranty. The OEM replaced the whole thing for me in the end.
